Walking and Cycling
The countryside is gentle and wooded and ideal for walking or cycling. There are a number of tracks through the forests which are ideal for walking and cycling. Around Les Mortiers the roads are not busy and the French motorists tend to respect cyclists.
There are marked cycle routes in the area and we have a good supply of maps available to help you plan a walk or cycle. There’s even a sat-nav you can take with you.
Bicycles are available for hire locally.
