Enjoy a cycle or walk in delightful, unspoiled countryside. Play a game of boules, tennis nearby or pony trek in the forests.
We have cycle hire and wine tours of the local appellations available too.
Swim in our superb heated pool (12m × 5m). The water is saline treated and kind to sensitive skins. In early and late season our “space dome” provides cover and warms the pool, making it very comfortable to swim in.
Parçay Les Pins is about one kilometre away, where you will find a boulangerie for fresh bread, a village shop, and a café bar for reasonable meals. The local area has good range of restaurants. Parcay is the centre for the local fruit cooperative for the area's produce of apples and pears. Locally grown asparagus, fresh fruit and vegetables are available nearby. The local wines are excellent. Parçay is also proud of its museum of sculpture.
Our property is at the end of a private drive and is surrounded by fields. It is tranquil, our nearest neighbours are the horses in the fields! Neither property is overlooked, both gites offer privacy and a peaceful environment in the country.
